win 98 y xp en el mismo pc

hola, mi problema es el siguiente: necesito instalar win 98 en una partición del disco porque necesito un programa en el trabajo que solo corre bajo 98, que debo hacer? tengo la partición formateada pero desde xp no me permite hacerlo en FAT32, cualquier ayuda la agradeceré infinitamente compas, muchas gracias :vientos:
 
una una maquina virtual o particiona con partition manager o easeus partition manager
 
Es mas viable desde una maquina virtual.
Incluso puedes encontrar imagenes de windows 98 para vmware.
