When talk of unionizing sweeps through the steno pool at Spurtover Oil, Harry is assigned to pick up the declining morale and stop the girls from going union. Harry soon finds that the only way to keep the girls down is to keep himself up, but when he's caught servicing the boss' secretary in the big guy's office, Harry is fired. As a result of this shocking incident, Harry is left impotent.
